1. CA PRAKASH CHANDRA SHAH
CA Prakash C. Shah has been a member of the ICAI since 1978. He is the senior most member of the firm and has accumulated rich experience in almost all fields of professional services. He specializes in representing the client with regard to assessment and litigation matters before direct tax authorities.
2. CA ARVIND SHAH
CA Arvind Shah has been a member of the ICAI since 1984. He was the Chairman of Udaipur Branch of ICAI in 1995-96. He is the head of Audit & Assurance Dept. In his vast professional lifespan of, he has accumulated rich experience in almost all fields of professional services, industrial sectors and diverse clients. Corporate Governance is the area of his expertise. He has a huge amount of technical experience and knowledge of Companies Act and Secretarial practices.
3. CA MUKESH KUMAR JAIN
CA Mukesh Kumar Jain qualified as a CA in 1994 and has a work experience of over 35 years. He endows skills and specialization in Accounts, Audit, Fund Management and Strategic Management. He has an experience of handling clients for statutory and internal audit, professional consultancy practice including performing risk assessments, audit plan approvals with audit committees, performing audits while managing teams, reporting to audit committees.
4. CA DHRUV SHAH
CA Dhruv Shah has been a member of the ICAI since 2009. Apart from other qualifications, he has a Certificated Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks (ICAI), Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (ICAI). He is head of the Indirect Tax Dept. His area of expertise is Indirect and International Taxation. He has a commendable experience in carrying out diagnostic review of business operations & advisory services, process review, structuring of business model, litigation services, representation before the tax authorities etc. Specialized in Advising and Executing the First time Adoption of IND-AS.
5. CA BHOWMICK JAIN
CA Bhowmick Jain has been a member of the ICAI since 2016 and has 10 years post qualification experience of Statutory Audits and Indirect Taxes mainly GST. He holds considerable experience in conducting internal audit of power supply companies, audit of solar projects and statutory bank audit. He also holds experience in consultancy and compliances of Direct and Indirect Taxes.
6. ADV. HEMANT B. JAIN
Adv. Hemant B. Jain is practicing as a Tax Consultant since 1980 and have been working as an Advocate since 2000. Over the years gained experience in various tax laws including Rajasthan Sales Tax,1956 VAT Act,2006 and GST Act,2017. Additionally, also have in-depth knowledge of Income Tax,1961. Expertise in legal drafting and handling various legal matters related to taxation.
7. CA MEENAKSHI BHERWANI
CA Meenakshi Bherwani has been a member of the ICAI since 2008. She is the head of Corporate Governance Dept. She has handled various assignments related to treasury management, accounting, finance, IFRS, budgeting, analysis and corporate law. She has handled assignments related to FEMA, company registration, dissolutions, annual meetings & other company law related matters. She is very active in various activities organised by the ICAI.
8. CA HARSHITA MANDOWARA
Harshita Mandowara is a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in consultancy, risk management, and accounting advisory. She spent 6 years at KPMG, leading global compliance projects across the Middle East and Europe, and played a key role in setting up a PMO in India. Her advisory work secured deals worth over USD 1 million. Recently, she supported a US client with financial planning, system training, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance. She is currently pursuing the final stage of the Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
9. CA SAHIL KOTHARI
CA Sahil Kothari has been a member of the ICAI since 2010. He is head of the Banking & Financial Services Dept. His area of expertise is Project Financing, Equity Funding and Private Placement of Shares in companies. He is also engaged in providing consultancy and compliance services for direct and indirect taxation.He has also led several consulting projects involving business process review, direct and indirect tax consultancy and corporate social responsibility.
10. CA ANSHUL KATEJA
CA Anshul Kateja has over 12 years of post-qualification experience in handling Statutory & Risk Based Internal Audits of several corporates across different industries and sectors. He has also led several consulting projects involving business process review, direct and indirect tax consultancy and corporate social responsibility.
11. CA CHIRAG LODHA
CA Chirag Lodha is head of the Banking & Financial Services Dept. His area of expertise is Project Financing, Equity Funding and Private Placement of Shares in companies. Also, expertise in Performance linked Incentives and Government Subsidies.
12. PRINCE JAIN
Prince Jain is a qualified assistant having an expertise in dealing with GST Litigations and Auditing Matters.
