CA Prakash C. Shah has been a member of the ICAI since 1978. He is the senior most member of the firm and has accumulated rich experience in almost all fields of professional services. He was the Chairman of Udaipur Branch of ICAI in 2000-01. He is the head of Direct Taxes Dept. He advises clients on complex tax issues including domestic and international taxation, tax refunds, India entry and exit strategies, outbound strategies, repatriation of funds, tax dispute/litigation redressals etc. He specializes in representing the client with regard to assessment and litigation matters before direct tax authorities. He has experience in liaising with tax department.

CA Arvind Shah has been a member of the ICAI since 1984. He was the Chairman of Udaipur Branch of ICAI in 1995-96. He held the position of a director of The Udaipur Urban Co-operative Bank for a period of 10 years. He is the head of Audit & Assurance Dept. In his vast professional lifespan of over 36 years, he has accumulated rich experience in almost all fields of professional services, industrial sectors and diverse clients. Corporate Governance is the area of his expertise. He has a huge amount of technical experience and knowledge of Companies Act and Secretarial practices.

CA Mukesh Kumar Jain qualified as a CA in 1994 and has a work experience of over 26 years. He endows skills and specialization in Accounts, Audit, Fund Management and Strategic Management. He has helped clients in streamlining the working procedures and formulating cost-effective solutions for enhancing accounting operations, directing financial analysis as well as internal and regulatory reporting. He also has an experience of handling clients for statutory and internal audit, professional consultancy practice including performing risk assessments, audit plan approvals with audit committees, performing audits while managing teams, reporting to audit committees and developing potential.

CA Dhruv Shah has been a member of the ICAI since 2009. He was the Chairman of Udaipur Branch of ICAI in 2015-16. Apart from other qualifications, he has a Certificated Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks (ICAI), Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (ICAI). He is head of the Indirect Tax Dept. He provides deliberations at seminars organized by ICAI and other esteemed institutions. His area of expertise is Indirect and International Taxation. He has a commendable experience in carrying out diagnostic review of business operations & advisory services, process review, structuring of business model, litigation services, representation before the tax authorities etc.

CA Meenakshi Bherwani has been a member of the ICAI since 2008. She is the head of Corporate Governance Dept. She has an international corporate experience where in she has worked with MNCs like British Petroleum, Reedhycalog & Royal Group. She has handled various assignments related to treasury management, accounting, finance, IFRS, budgeting, analysis and corporate law. She has handled assignments related to FEMA, company registration, dissolutions, annual meetings & other company law related matters. She has served as the Secretary of ICAI Udaipur branch for 2 consecutive years 2019-20, 2020-21. She is very active in various activities organised by the ICAI.

CA Sahil Kothari has been a member of the ICAI since 2010. He is head of the Banking & Financial Services Dept. His area of expertise is Project Financing, Equity Funding and Private Placement of Shares in companies. He has an in-depth experience of project analysis with cash flow for repayment, assets, rights, interests and fundraising  He has a superior knowledge of financial and capital market, associated risks and advantages. He is also engaged in providing consultancy and compliance services for direct and indirect taxation.

CA Bhowmick Jain has been a member of the ICAI since 2016 and  has 4 years post qualification experience of Statutory Audits and Indirect Taxes mainly GST. He holds considerable experience in conducting internal audit of power supply companies, audit of solar projects and statutory bank audit. He also holds experience in consultancy and compliances of Direct and Indirect Taxes. Apart from practicing, he also deliveres lectures in various GST seminars at district association level, featured on Dungarpur Radio for discussions on budget and GST matters.

CA Ravi Karda has been a member of the ICAI since 2012. He is specialised in Internal Audit, Risk Management, ERP Development Strategy and Solution Management. He has a wide experience of Information Technology related activities like Cloud Server Management & Integration Formulation Strategy. He has implemented SAP S/4 HANA for a Not Profit Organization in India. He has carried out special assignments for Business Process Re-engineering, Designing and Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, Drafting of Organizational Policies for Middle Level Organizations etc.

CA Anshul Kateja has over 4 years of post-qualification experience in handling Statutory & Risk Based Internal Audits of several corporates across different industries and sectors.
He has carried out special assignments for business process re-engineering, performance improvement projects, designing of standard operating procedures and due diligences. He has also led several consulting projects involving business process review, direct and indirect tax consultancy and corporate social responsibility.
Besides this, he also has a solid exposure for concurrent audits and revenue audit for banking industry.

CA Himangi Gadiya qualified the CA exams with the rare distinction of being awarded an All India Rank 43 in CA Exam in the year 2014. She also takes training sessions of CA students. She is an expert in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Information System Implementation and Internal Financial & Operational Controls. Apart from practicing in Income Tax, GST and Corporate Law,  she has an in-depth knowledge of Nidhi Law and regulations. She has carried out  various assignments for claiming benefits of Government schemes for SMEs and Manufacturing Sector. She has also handled assignments related to risk identification and business processes redesigning.

CA Garima Mehta been a member of the ICAI since 2015. She specializes in Internal Audits including Corporate Social Responsibility, Processes, Compliances, Due Diligence and Financial Audits. As a core member, she has undertaken social audit of various Non Profit Organizations. She is actively engaged in drafting and implementing internal control policy, SOP (Self-Operating Process) for SMEs & Corporates and has a keen interest in direct & indirect taxation compliances. She is also a guest professor of Direct and Indirect Tax at Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur, Rajasthan.

CA Nishith Kothari has been a member of the ICAI since 2019. He handles GST matters (auditing, representation and advisory) for both public and private entities in sectors of construction, manufacturing, banking, hospitality, IT-services and trading to name a few. He is focused to bolster up the use of technology as much as possible in execution of the engagements. Besides this, he has played a diverse role in various other functions, such as structuring arrangements, concurrent and statutory audit of banks, tax audit of educational trusts and companies as well as representations before the revenue authorities.
