We provide our trainees with responsibilities much earlier than other firms. In the second and third years, many of our trainees are independently responsible for internal audit projects. We ensure that through extensive exposure and training, they evolve into top-class professionals. We believe that we will find our future partners and senior managers largely from today’s trainees. After qualifying as Chartered Accountants, candidates who have trained with us are put on a specially designed fast track.
